Springfield supplies a variety of fabrics to the United States Military, Foreign Militaries and other Government agencies such as the United States Forestry Service. These fabrics include inherently flame resistant fabrics using Dupont Nomex®/ Kevlar®/ P-140 both in Plain and Oxford weaves. These goods are either solution dyed which are used for the 27/P Flyers Coverall or Camouflage printed which are used for ABDU Jackets, Trousers, and the Cold Weather Aircrew Coat.

The military/government line also includes polyester / cotton water repellent goods that are continuous dyed and used for the Army, Navy, Airforce and Marine's, All-Weather Raincoat. Other fabrics in the military/government line are poplins and twills that are used for coveralls, pants and shirts.

Springfield facilities include a state-of-the-art fabric-testing laboratory and research center that is certified by the U.S. Government.
